Turn your children over to our Kingdom Kids teachers and they'll never want to come back home! Our programs for Kindergarten through 6th grade keep the kids entertained while teaching them foundations for having a Christ-filled life.
FAMILY LIFE
Join us as we focus on bringing the entire Family Unit together and help one another grow closer to Christ. The result will be dynamic marriages, strong friendships between parents and teens, obedient children, and a family-based outreach to our community.
Hook up with our great Campus Ministry for food, fun, studies and
excitement, focused around the events and activities of our three
premiere educational institutions, the University of Illinois
Urbana-Champaign, Parkland College and Eastern Illinois University.
SINGLE LIFE
Our singles are connected with others all over the Midwest and
nation, and participate in many exciting events and conferences as they
build Christ-like relationships among one another.
Today's teens can have a rough time with the temptations affronted them on a daily basis. Only through our strong family ministry, with teens as equal partners, can we create a mechanism to help them fight back against all the pressures they face.

What a wonderful time we had last night at our 2008 Thanks and Praise Devotional. It was so much more than a review of the 2008 financials for the church. It was truly an opportunity to glorify God for the miracles he has done among us.
We are in a season of preparation and anticipation for a new year of love, service and ministry. We are praying, talking, planning and I hope, preparing our hearts and attitudes for what God has in store. Something I’ve noticed about God and how he distributes blessings – He often does so according to our hearts and efforts. What I mean is, God often will bless us with what we need only after we have done what we can do.

Well ...2009 is officially here. I hope all of you had a wonderful
Christmas with your family. Many of us are excited about the new year
and all the possibilities it holds. We have dreams of what is to come.
Some of us think that one of the saddest days of the year is Jan 2,
because the holidays are over. We wish it could be Christmas just a
little longer. Yet 2009 is here and it will be a great year.
Before we get too far in to the new year I hope you will take the time
to reflect on 2008. This past year was filled with many blessings, as
well as situations that have been painful. It is good to reflect on the
past year and as the song says ”Count your many blessings, name them
one by one, and it will surprise you what the Lord has done”. We can
and should praise God for all the good in our lives.

January stares us in the face and the prospect of starting another year looms just around the corner.
To some, the idea of another year is a depressing one. These are usually the “glass is half empty” kind of folks who can’t seem to see the opportunity a new year offers because they are mourning the loss of last year. As the old Tennessee Ernie song said “another year older and deeper in debt”. Of course, one shouldn’t get their world view from anyone named Tennessee Ernie.
